ACR7000- Multi-Axis Controller 

Available in 4 and 8 axis configurations, the ACR7000 Controller utilizes the AcroBasic programming language which contains an expansive, proven set of motion and I/O commands for maximum application flexibility. Dual Ethernet ports offers access for PC, PLC and HMI communications. With Ethernet/IP™, the ACR7000 can join a PLC network or access remote I/O modules. Parker Motion Manager software, with all the tools needed to create and optimize applications, unlocks the value of the ACR7000 and puts the machine in motion.

High performance servo drives are integrated with the multi-axis motion controller into a single package, saving space, cabling, and reducing installation complexity. 

  • Available in 4 or 8 axis configurations

  • 5A continuous and 16A peak per axis

  •  24-48VDC motor input voltage  

  • 24VDC control voltage

  • Servo Update Rate of 31.25µs

Microstepping drives are integrated with the multi-axis motion controller into a single package, saving space, cabling, and reducing installation complexity. Standard 4 axis systems are readily available for prototypes and unique machine designs, yet can easily scale for high volume OEMs. 

  • 4A/Axis (peak of Sine); Two-Phase Stepper Motors

  • 24VDC Motor and Control Voltage

  •  Mircostep Resolutions - Selectable up to 51,200 steps/rev for 1.8 deg Motors
